Accountancy practice
A refined, credible identity for a firm competing against much larger practices — restrained typography and a palette that feels established rather than corporate.

Competing with firms ten times the size
A growing accountancy practice with a client base that had outgrown their existing identity. Their logo dated from when the firm was a two-person operation, and it was costing them credibility in pitches against larger competitors.
They were clear about what they didn't want: nothing that felt like a corporate franchise, and nothing so trendy it would look dated in three years. The brief was quiet confidence.

Designing for a twenty-year horizon
Accountancy clients stay for decades. We designed an identity built to feel right in 2035 as much as today — which meant avoiding anything that dated the firm.
Restrained, confident typography
We led with type rather than an elaborate symbol — a considered wordmark that reads as established and considered without shouting.
A palette that isn't corporate blue
We deliberately avoided the expected professional-services palette, choosing a warmer, more distinctive colour system that still reads as credible.
Stationery as the proving ground
Letters, proposals and invoices are where most clients actually encounter the brand, so we designed those touchpoints first and built outward.
Guidelines that prevent drift
A clear guidelines document means the firm can hand work to any printer or supplier and still get a consistent result.
Credibility that matches the client list
The practice now presents as the firm their clients already knew them to be — and can pitch against larger competitors without their branding giving the game away.
- An identity that reads as established and considered
- Consistent stationery, documents and proposals
- A palette that stands apart from competitor sameness
- Guidelines that keep suppliers producing it correctly
