Our Services
We provide website design, brand identity and logo design, and related digital design services. Each project is governed by a separate project agreement or proposal that details:
- Scope of work and specific deliverables
- Timeline and key milestones
- Pricing, payment schedule, and deposit requirements
- Number of included revision rounds
- Any project-specific terms
The project agreement takes precedence over these general Terms where there's any conflict.
Intellectual Property
During the Project
All design concepts, drafts, and work-in-progress remain the intellectual property of Jones Digital until final payment is received in full.
Upon Completion
Once full payment is received, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you — including the website code, design files, logos, and brand assets delivered as part of the project.
What We Keep
We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio, on our website, and in marketing materials (unless otherwise agreed in writing). We also retain ownership of any tools, frameworks, or reusable code libraries we used to build your project.
Limitation of Liability
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. However:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or website
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you have paid for the specific project in question
- You are responsible for the content you provide to us and warrant that it does not infringe any third-party rights
- We are not responsible for third-party services, platforms, or tools used in connection with your project
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
General
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with your project agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jones Digital regarding our services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
