No hourly billing
Charging by the hour punishes clients for asking questions. We price the outcome instead, so you can talk to us as often as you need to.
Clear payment terms
Projects begin with an agreed deposit. The remaining balance is paid on delivery or through agreed milestones for larger projects. You'll know the payment schedule before work begins.
Clear on what's not included
If something sits outside the agreed scope — extra pages, additional languages, ongoing content — we'll tell you the cost before doing it, not after.
Honest recommendations
