Property search that works like an agent
A property website built around search — listings that are easy to filter, property pages that answer the real questions, and a clear route to arranging a viewing.

Listings people couldn't search properly
The agency's listings were all online, but finding a relevant property took far longer than it should have. Filtering was limited, and results didn't reflect how buyers actually search — by area, budget and the specifics that matter to them.
Property pages also left out the information buyers ask about most, which meant the phone rang constantly with questions that should have been answered on the page.

Built around the search, not the brochure
Property websites often spend their effort on the homepage and treat search as an afterthought. For buyers, search is the whole experience — so we built outward from it.
Filtering that matches how buyers think
Search was rebuilt around the criteria buyers actually use — location, budget, property type and key features — so the results people get reflect what they're looking for.
Property pages that answer questions
Floor plans, tenure, council tax, EPC and transport links were surfaced directly on each listing, cutting down the calls asking for information that should have been visible.
A straightforward viewing request
Booking a viewing was reduced to a short form on the listing itself, so interest converts while the buyer is still looking at the property.
Designed for searching on a phone
Most property browsing happens on a mobile, often in the evening, so filters, images and enquiry forms were all built for small screens first.
A site that works like a good estate agent
Buyers can narrow down to relevant properties quickly, get their questions answered on the listing, and request a viewing without leaving the page.
- Property search built around real buyer criteria
- Listings that answer common questions up front
- Viewing requests made from the listing itself
- A search experience designed for mobile use
